Indesign closes every time i try to publish a project

I am running on a macbook pro with most updated MacOS Monterey 12.1 and 2022 updated Indesgn 

when I want to publish my magazine the indesign just crashes and I have restart and I cant seem to publish anymore ? any ideas  

I have tried re-installing all the software and restarting, signing out and updating and it wont publish

Does it happen with all documents? Create a one page doc with one word and see if it publishes.
