Hi, I get a strange color mismatch warning for my document and can't find the reason for it. Indesign color management is set to sRgb and IsoCoated v2 in the application settings (see attached screenshot). The document is created with the same working profiles. Every time I open the doc I get this warning (only for cmyk color space) even though the doc has the same profile embedded.
I know I can suppress the warning by unchecking "Ask when opening" but I don't understand why this warning comes up in the first place.
Thanks in advance for any hints/help 😉
Stefan

The Color Management Policies also get saved with the file on creation, so there is a conflict with the document’s CMYK policy (Preserve Embedded Profiles) and the Color Settings’ Preserve Numbers (Ignore linked Profiles). If you set the mismatch dialog to this, Save the file, Close and reopen do you still get a warning?:

Hi Rob, thanks for the answer.
The strange thing is, that I can't set the profile to ISO Coated v3 at "Assign Profile" because it is not available. So when I adjust the doc and change to another profile - the warning persists since the application settings do not match.
I've tried resetting Indesign color settings, saving, restarting, etc. but it's still not available. I can't remember that I had this problem ever before with documents that I created myself in Indesign.

Have you tried deleting your Caches folder and if that doesn’t work trashing your preferences?
