InDesign crashes on launch on InDesign 18.3 version on windows machine

Hello all, InDesign crashed every time I try to launch it. It doesn't get to the point of fully launching. I have uninstalled and re-installed it. Here is the crash report. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@HARSHIKA_VERMA indicated that the product engineers are aware of your problem. However, you're asking the next day if the problem is fixed. It usually takes a little longer that one day so I'd try to be more patient, and look for workarounds for your problem in the meantime.

Hi, I have the same problem. installing 18.1 fixed it temporarily, so at least you can work.
