Indesign crashes when trying to publish online

Hi,

Indesign won't let me publish an interactive PDF online (includes video files). When I try to Publish Online, the loading pop up appears (as seen on the attached screenshot), but then Indesign crashes and closes completely, mid-charging.

I really need help on this, thank you in advance.

Hi, I just had to change the cover thumbnail (by selecting the "First Page" option in the Advanced tab) before publishing online.

Is the format you are using PDF or Publish Online?

Hi, I think the format is PDF. I ended up finding a solution, thank you for your help.

You can't successfully distribute an Interactive PDF with a video that works for all devices, it's best to hyperlink to the PDF an external source such as a Youtube video.
