InDesign crashing when attempt to update Share for Review

For the last three or four weeks, when we try to update the link for a Share for Review, it crashes InDesign and throws up an Error Report window. The shared file on the Creative Cloud web only updates partially - it shows all of the comments and the updated text, but the highlights and other markers don't relocate. Everyone can still comment, but their view of the document isn't accurate. We've upgraded to 19.1 then to 19.2 since this started, but it's not fixed. And now with 19.2 , when the Error Report window opens, the Submit Report button is missing, so I can't even report the error through InDesign anymore.

It's the same thing as what I tried before, but I still couldn't get it to work.

However, I was suddenly, magically able to update my Share for Review links yesterday, so I guess all is well.

Thanks, anyway.

As a helpful troubleshooting technique, you might try restoring your InDesign preferences and caches. Here's how:

I tried about a dozen times, but I could never get the Delete InDesign Preference Fils window to pop up. What's the secret to the timing?

Sorry for the trouble. Would you mind checking " Restore All Preference and default settings" in this article on how to delete InDesign preference?

Please let us know if the issue is resolved or not. We will be happy to assist you further.

My 100 page document has been crashing consistently for the past 3 weeks when I try to upload the Share for Review link. It takes uninstalling Indesign, logging out of Adobe Cloud, and removing workspace preferences, restarting my computer and it will sometimes work. Otherwise, it continues to crash, and randomly upload successfully after about 6-8 times crashing. Below is the screenshot that shows I cannot comment. My clients are unable to comment as well. I double checked and made sure the permissions allow for commenting and they are correct. Last night after my client added a couple of comments, it all of a sudden gave her this error. I've cleared my preferences and cleared the cache on my Chrome browser and nothing is working. In the meantime, we're switching to a shared PDF, but it's not as effective becasue the comments disappear when I update the file. I understand I can export the comments to ensure I still have them, but not ideal. We're uploading for final print tomorrow so the timing is horrible. Any advice on how to fix?
