InDesign Crashing When Exporting

I'm running InDesign v19.0.1 on a Windows computer. There were no issues until yesterday when I was working on pg 67 of a 129 pg document. A textbox appears to be invisible besides an outline and any attempts to click into the box cause the program to crash. However, I can make edits and save changes when working on other pages. The same thing happens when I tried duplicating the page and exporting the document. I read a post about resetting InDesign preferences, however nothing happens when I do Shift+CRL+ALT in any order. I also tried rebooting, deleting the .idlk file from the same folder, copying the document to a different location, and saving it as a .idml file.

 

This is a large project that needs to be exported as a .pdf ASAP. Any suggestions?
