Hello. We have a problem with InDesign CS6 a few days ago. Only the trial version will start. Of course, we tried logout and login, update, reinstall. We have purchased 7 Creative Cloud All aps licenses and CS6 is included - but licensing does not work on all PCs.

InDesign CS6 is an old version and may not be compatible running under modern operating systems. Probably best to install InDesign 2021, assuming you have the correct system specs. https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/system-requirements.html

Hi slinti, you installed InDesign CS6 as part of your Creative Cloud subscription? You did not buy it as a perpetual version or part of a Creative Suite package? Then, I think you will not be able to install it again. InDesign version 8.1.0 and version 9.3 were banned by Adobe from the Creative Cloud two years ago and considered unauthorized versions. Just like other versions of other apps that were initially part of Creative Cloud. More about this: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-limits-software-downloads.html...

Thanks, Derek. But we need all old version because of our customers. Three days ago everything was fine. CS6 is running and working OK, but only licensing does not work.

Try resetting the InDesign preferences, if that doesn't resolve the issue try uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign CS6, if that doesn't work use the Adobe Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Yes, I installed InDesign CS6 as part of our Creative Cloud subscription. But I still have it in CC Desktop.

It's complicated, but we really need old versions as well. We even work in CS2 and Pagamaker. A few days ago, everything was OK.

That would be the InDesign Help menu, not CC.
