InDesign Document Thumbnails Appear Blank/White

Hello,

I've had this bug since the last update of InDesign to Indesign 2024. 

I've tried the following steps:

Uninstall old version 2023 then install the new version 2024

Uninstall 2024  version from CC then Reinstall the 2024 version

Change the Properties Associate

Tried to Change Default apps to another Apps "The file icon change" then Change again

the Default apps to Indesign 2024 "The file icon still White/blank Apperance

All steps mentioned above doesn't resolved my problems.

I'd like to fix this.
