I had had no problems previously but now I can not open my old documents. I have OS El Capitan 10.11.6. Now I am asked to log in despite the fact that I am already logged in. I am somewhat frustrated.
I work with Creative Cloud.
Sorry to hear about your experience. I agree with Bob here. Updating OS & Adobe apps are recommended in the situation you're in.
