Adobe tried - Remote the comp, but they don't fix the issue.
Rebuilding the preferences/cache may help. But if you customized your preferences please read the whole article first, specifically to note that you want to consider moving or renaming the files instead of just deleting them. That way, if it doesn't solve the issue you can restore them.
