Hello everyone,
I have been looking around and I'm sure this has been answered, but I don't know if they're the same thing. I have the latest InDesign update installed. Prior to its update, InDesign worked fine. I could open and close documents and then have no issues closing the program. But recently I've been unable to do that. I can open and close my documents just fine, but whenever I try to exit out of the program itself, I get this blank grey screen. A co-worker of mine is having the same exact issue and the only way we've remedied it was by force quitting out of the program. I wasn't sure if my task amanger could tell me what was wrong and I have no idea if this is revelant, but whenever I force quit my program, I see a bunch of Adobe CEP HTML engine. Is this what's causing it to not close properly? And, if so, how do I get rid of it?
I've provided some screenshots of what I see to better explain my situation.
