First time posting, couldn't find an answer to this....

I'm trying to install a font to use in InDesign, every time I install the version of the font that is Regular, the version of the font that is Italic vanishes. It's almost funny. I've already tried hitting "keep both" when installing either version, I've also tried just replacing both of them.

What should I do?

I've seen it happen that the regular and italic version of a font will appear as separate entries in InDesign's font list. Are you sure that this is not what is happening? If that's not the case then please supply the name of the font and whether it's True Type or Open Type. Also, please make sure that it is not a Postscript Type 1 font that is no longer recognized by InDesign.
