Indesign file crashed and now won't open without crashing

I have a simple 8.5 x 11 ad that was working fine, until i added a third page and boom! It crashed. Now whenever I try to reopen it, it crashes as soon as you see the first page. Can't do anything with it. Tried opening on another computer and same thing. So all 3+ hours worth of work gone thanks to this latest update? Tell me there's a way to save it?

Already tried:
- clearing cache

- updating system (Monterey's latest)

- running disk tools

- dumping preferences and cache preferences

- deleting and installing Indesign.

Still same result, open-crash-repeat...

Thanks for the suggestions but it didn't work. I already did what the second link suggested.

Already deleted the cache as mentioned in my earlier attempted solutions too. Moving to the desktop crashed the Indesign before the document even showed up.

Any other ideas? This is really setting me behind to have to recreate everything.
