Indesign file does not open (no error message)

File does not open. The program Indesign (v 18.2.1) can be opened but it is not possible to create a new file or open an old file. Nothing happens. No Error-Message. Other applications are closed therefore it is not an overload of the RAM.

For some reason, opening the files via Bridge works.
