Solved: InDesign 'Find' function not working - Adobe Product Community - 15098634

Please refer to attached image.

InDesign finds the next instance of 'Stages' but clicking the 'Change' button does not effect the change.

I quit InDesign and restarted but to no effect.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
