When i start opening the app (i tried with Indesign and Photoshop), it starts to load, but then freezes and after some short time the whole screen turns black. Everything on the screen turns black. I had to force restart the computer, or it would just not open the app. I updated the drivers, and its still the same. The only app that didnt crash when i started it was photoshop v22.2. Did someone had something similar happening?
*note: i cant open the app at all.
I use windows 11, have the latest updates of apps and drivers.

Hi,
I had a call with support in the end, and they used cc cleaner, that solved my problem.
But to answer the questions as someone might find helpfull.
1. That same day. I closed it for like 15 inutes and after that it didnt work. Didnt do anything out of the ordinary.

3. No, it loads, freeze and turns back, after instaling newer version of drivers, the screen didnt turn black, just unfreezes and app doesnt open.
4. With support i tried Illustrator as well, and it didnt work. Outside of adobe i used only browser and mail
5. Yes, same results.
