Recently, InDesign has started freezing on starting. I have uninstalled and re-installed the latest and older versions. Nothing seems to be helping. Please suggest a solution.

Which version of InDesign and OS version?

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity?

Have you tried resetting the InDesign preferences?

You need to upgrade your RAM to at least 16GB and you need much more spare hard disk capacity.

You seriously need to buy a new computer. My guess is that the processor in anything that underpowered isn't going to be very good, either.

LATEST
16GB RAM at a minimum (more is always better), 256GB SSD (M2 storage would be even better), and an current generation i7 processor.
