Hi Community,
Over a month ago InDesign started to 'hang' after roughly 4 minutes of activity with no solution to the problem. To try and combat this I've tried a number of different things to no avail:
Restarted my computer multiple times
I've deleted and redownloaded InDesign twice
Used the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall InDesign and reinstall it again.
Ran the disk repair utility tool
Validated and fixed all broken fonts via the font book
Reset the InDesign Preferences
Tried unticking using the GPU in preferences, then closing and reopening the application
Downloaded and attempted to use earlier variations of the software, notably InDesign 2021.
Delete the following InDesign application folders and reinstalled:
InDesign_Cache=*~/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign\*
InDesign_Preferences=*~/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign\*
To note it's only InDesign that is affected and I'm up to date with all software, the problem happens every time I open the software and not only on the basis of a specific file. I've attached a screenshot of the crash report if this is of any use.
The device I'm using is a 2019 MacBook Pro with a RAM capacity of 32GB and 1TB of storage and has no third-party plug-ins installed e.g. a font manager.
Thanks, Adam.

Two things to check:
Does it hang if you create and log in on a new user account on your Mac?
How about if you start in Safe Mode?
First tests for problems in user configuration, second for software conflicts.
