The images that appear in this post are very mis-proportioned. I work on a Mac 27" Fusion drive. my Mac tech says it's a graphics card problem... however, it only appears in my inDesign app (2021). Before I attempt to tear apart this computer, does this look fimiliar to anyone as inDesign software issue?

Also, I run Catalina 10.15.7 on a 2017 Apple 27" computer using the latest inDesign app (2021). Im just wondering if between ther Fusion / Catalina OS / inDesign app, there migfht be a glitch somerone is aware of. Thank you.

This only seems to apply to an apple laptop. Would it be somewhere on a Desktop?

So that should eliminate the problem... if so what causes it from within the inDesign app??  Thank you.

GPU or GPU driver problems. On a Mac you cannot look for driver fixes, the usual thing in Windows, as they are part of macOS.

Hi Mark,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I hope your issue is resolved now.
In addition to the helpful suggestions given earlier, I'd recommend enabling the Application Frame & see if it helps with the concern.

I'd also request you to upvote and add your comment on this InDesign UserVoice post & stay tuned for the updates.

Regards,

Ashutosh
