Has anyone had problem with InDesign and acrobat that can open files but then start spinning so you can't work on projects? I checked with my system and everything, did every trick, restart the computer but didn't seem to work. Help!

We found what the problem with. Our office used Suitcase for font magement and that caused all the problem with Creative Cloud. So we uninstalled Suitcase and use Font Book instead. Thanks for responding to my post!

Which version of InDesign and OS?

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the InDesign preferences?
