I've currently got two DL Voucher templates (on an A4 sheet), and the csv file headlines plotted out.
One field has multiple booking conditions 'how to book' which currently flows into my paragaph style, but with no line breaks (making it hard to read).
I suggested seperating out booking notes to get a new line, but this isn't possible.
Is there a way to ensure that the copy that flows in from the csv file keeps it's line break formatting after the merge to ensure each piece of info goes onto a new line?
As far as I know, line breaks can't be used within cells when working with data merge. In my experience, they are interpreted as New Record, and it breaks the merge process.
Two options: use some unique character symbol in place of the line breaks, then do a find/change to convert them to line breaks after merging or create a separate field in the data for each paragraph, and merge them into separate lines in the same text box.
