If you have just installed InDesign and you're having problems, it's best to post this in the Download Install forum where there are experts and staff who can help you:

  • What is your OS and InDesign version?

Give us more information so that we can provide some suggestions

@Steve Werner I could move this to the Downloads forum but this seems related to launch of InDesign so don't you think we should wait for OP to provide us more information and see if this is a generic issue or something better suited for this forum
