Bonjour,

InDesign ne répond plus depuis plusieurs semaines. Il plante au démarrage. On a désinstallé, réinstallé, installé les versions antérieures, rien n'y fait. On a formaté le disque, tout réinstallé et ça bug toujours. Tous les logiciels fonctionnent mais pas InDesign. J'ai appelé l'Assistance Adobe, ils ont passé la matinée sur mon poste et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Je désespère...

La première chose à faire est de réinitialiser les préférences. Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt [Windows], Maj, Ctrl, Alt et Cmd [Mac] jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation.
