Indesign Newsletter Not Printing Correctly in PDF

Hi there

I purchased this 11 page tempate (https://stock.adobe.com/templates/business-newsletter-layout-with-blue-accents/300386298). When I go to print as a pdf, I can't get it to have the single front page and then 5 sets of spreads. Any ideas?

Do you have the blank page in the parent panel, you would need 12 pages. But you have to put the blank in for the page you wish to be blank. So then you have 12 pages and your printer should print it correctly. If it does not you need to look at the the printer window and see if you changed it?
