InDesign not Launching getting spinning wheel

Today my InDesign decided it didn't want to launch and instead I'm getting the spinning pin wheel. I did all the the recommended things, trashed the preferences, uninstalled and then reinstalled InDesign, updated my Suitcase Fusion and updated the plugins as well. Now Illustrator won't open either. Something is very wrong. Any suggestions?

@michelleb50800316 Hi there... sorry to hear about the problems you're having. We'll need to have some more info about your set up. What is your operating system? Have you tried the Creative Cloud cleaner? Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to solve installation problems (adobe.com)
