InDesign on Mac 15.1 crashing on Spellcheck

Experincing an issue with InDesign crashing when trying to use the spellcheck feature. 

Computer is a MacBook Pro running MacOS 15.1

What we have already tried: 

1.  Removed Indesign plist preferences from the library
2.  removed adobefnt.lst files
3. uninstalled/reinstalled InDesign and Adobe CC applications. 

It appears to crash at the same spot on the document. Looking for any other troubleshooting steps outside of the basic ones we have already tried.

InDesign isn't yet supported on Sequoia, but this is often just a preferences issue as you began to pursue.
