Indesign Proleme nach NeuInstallation

Ich habe in InDesign eine Buchdatei erstellt. Die Buchdatei hat wunderbar funktioniert. Für den Buchdruck habe ich eine PDf erstellt. So weit so gut. Nach NeuInstallation von InDesign auf einem neuen Rechner wird die Buchdatei jetzt aber völlig falsch dargestellt. Es sind Inhalte vorhanden, die in eine andere Buchdatei gehören und es ist nun nicht mehr ein Printformat, sondern ein E-Book-Format. Gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem?
