InDesign – "Import fehlgeschlagen"

Hallo!

Ich habe seit der Installation von InDesign CC 14.0 letzte Woche das Problem, dass ich keine Objekte mehr platzieren kann.
Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung "Import fehlgeschlagen".
So kann man leider überhaupt nicht weiterarbeiten. – Weiß jemand einen Rat?

was genau willst Du platzieren?

Ob's hilft weiß ich nicht, aber seit heute gibt's ein Bugfix-Update auf Version 14.0.1.209 über die Creative Cloud Desktop App.

Hier noch zwei Links, die Dir eine Übersicht geben, welche Fehler behoben wurden und was noch unter "Bekannter Fehler" läuft:

Hi Sandra,

Sorry to hear about this. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

  • Have you updated InDesign to the most recent version(14.0.1)? If not, please do.
  • OS( exact version of Windows/MAC)
  • Where the files are saved(Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?
  • What is the file format of the files you are trying to Import(JPEG/ PNG/ TIFF/ PDF)
  • Would you mind sharing a sample file?

Ich habe seit dem neusten Mac-Update dasselbe Problem.

Auch mehrfaches Neustarten des PCs und der App bringen keine Lösung für das Problem.
