InDesign Review isn't showing highlights or pins

My team has reviewed the document and the comments are showing in review but none of their highlights or pins are showing. I've signed in and out, restarted my computer, etc and it has made no difference. It isn't showing on their end either when they open the review link. It's like they disappeared. I'm also having issues with the marker that appears on the InDesign document not showing. So I have all these comments in the Review panel that I can see but no idea where they are to go on the actual Indesign document because the comment flag isn't visible.  Has this been rectified as yet?
