InDesign safe under and export not working

Since I started my first backup via time maschine on my new mac book pro I can´t "safe under" or "export" files. When I try to open a file this broken window appears.

Things I tried to solve the problem:

- close all applications and start new

- uninstall InDesign und install new

Nothing works... in Photoshop I have the same problem.

Was hast du genau mit deinem TM-Backup machen müssen, dein macbook pro neu aufsetzen? 

Hast du mal testweise Indesign und Photoshop unter einem neu erstellten Benuzter geöffnet und dort das Speichern unter und Exportieren probiert?
