indesign scaling

All of a sudden I cannot hold the corner of objects with command, shift, option to scale proportionately. Is anyone else having this problem or is there a glitch in indesign22?

Using Windows I can't replicate the problem.

Are you definitely using the Selection Tool? I've gotta ask 😉

I restarted my computer which fixed the issue, strange. Thank you for the responses.
