Indesign Script: Creating and inserting Crossreferences

Hi 🙂

I am looking for information on how to create and insert cross-references (to text) in InDesign.

I have figured out how to create a reference using crossReferenceSources.add(), but can't figure out how to insert the reference in a text frame.

Do you have any information about where to look?
