Indesign se cuelga constantemente, sólo al abrirse

He instalado y desinstalado el programa, reiniciado el ordenador varias veces, y InDesign se cuelga inmediatamente al iniciarse. He incluso probado de instalar otras versiones, y igual... Ya no sé qué hacer.

A few things to check firstly:

Which version of InDesign and OS?
How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Are there any error messages?

Do you have a third-party app, such as font manager installed?

Have you had previous versions of InDesign installed in the past?

You may want to try using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall old software, before reinstalling new.
