InDesign Server 2021 options to quit long running job

We are running multiple instances (with different ports) of InDesign Server 2021.
We are using SOAP request with runScript to trigger the jobs.
But we don't know how to stop/restart job if it was not responding or running long time in specific instance.
We can login to that windows server and kill that instance manually, but is there any way to quit that server instance running on specific port outside of windows server? becasue that server instance will not accept another SOAP request to quit or restart the instnace using another RunScript command.
Your help is really appreciated.
