Sorry to hear about the trouble. I tested this on my end and I am unable to reproduce this issue, so could you please confirm if this is happening on a specific file or multiple files & is this happening with a specific user or multiple users? Please ensure that the notifications are not going to the spam/junk folders or getting blocked?
It's happening on all files we have tried with all users.
The file is set to public
I add all the users to my indesign file so their emails populate in the online file.
no emails are being sent to the users emails.
We have checked our spam, trash, and all email settings in both outlook and gmail.
My indesign settings for the files are set to allow commenting for public users.
No password is required.
I tried checking my notifications tab in the main cloud app and the notification window has a blue circle that spins, so I can't check what my unviersal notifications are set to. I attached a pic of that. Would that have something to do with it?
