InDesign Share for Review not working

This is what I see each time I click on share for review.. I've logged out, shut down, uninstalled and reinstalled to the 16.3 version and also tried the 16.2.1 version with no luck. Help??

There are some minor issues reported with Adobe cloud services, not sure if these would affect what you are seeing: https://status.adobe.com.

Also, be sure you rebuild your preferences file, just as part of standard troubleshooting: https://creativepro.com/rebuilding-indesign-preferences/
