InDesign Share Review not working

The InDesign Share Review has been unstable and worked only for a little while for me. Today, it just stopped working (16.3.2).

1. I get this error message when clicking on my own shared link: 

Error 401: Unauthorized

You are not authorized to access this site.

2. Cannot go to manage links on the website: https://assets.adobe.com/links

Same 401 error.

Yes, I'm signed in to my account.  InDesign version: 16.3.2
