Indesign Spell Check Issues

Even though the "case sensitive" box is unchecked, the indesign spellcheck still flags lowercase titles, etc that were changed via the "change case" feature. Even thought the titles appear in all caps, they were typed in lowercase and changed later but are still flagged as lowercase words.

Is there a different way to omit case from the spell check? Also, in regard to placeholder text (latin) is there a way for Indesign to ignore this?

You can have the spell checker ignore the placeholder text by setting its language to No Language.

You would have to remember to add a language attribute back to it when you add your real text.
