InDesign Still Crashing

My InDesign is up to date as well as my operating system, but I can't get InDesign to launch without uninstalling it and reinstalling it each time this happens. Any ideas or do I need to wait for the next version to come out?

What OS? What version of InDesign?

Couple of things to try 

 

If a document is not behaving well then try 

File>Export 

Choose IDML

Open the IDML in InDesign
Save the file as a new InDesign file with a new name
See if the issue persists.
