Hello,

My Indesign won't open up at all. It won't go past the opening dialogue. It goes to 'Completing Initialisation' and then the wheel of doom starts spinning. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling and I've tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool but nothing seems to help! Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm using:

macOS Sequoia 15.1

Indesign (20.0)

There are quite a few posts by now that report seemingly the same issue. Try to install InDesign 2024 (if you don't have it anymore) - will you be able to open it?
