I was working on something very important and im afraid to miss this deadline. As I was about to finish, inDesign suddenly closed and i can't get it to open back up. it just opens the splash screen then it crashes again and says there was an error and asks if i want to reopen but it never does, it just keeps reapting this, crashing, error message, offer to send report, finds nothing, closes, try to open ID again and crashes, repeat. I have the latest version.
Help please!!!!! I've been trying to contact support on the number too

Try resetting your preferences:
Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

OR if that fails:
Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
