Indesign to PDF text condense problem

Indesign to PDF text condense problem, randomly appears on different fonrt type, different files and different PCs.

The problem suddenly appear as my version haven't update. I cannot update to  CC2026  due to plugin reason.

Install InDesign 2026 in addition to your InDesign 2024 (just make sure to uncheck the option to remove older versions when installing). Then try the same process with InDesign 2026. This will help understand if this problem is potentially specific to InDesign 2024 or all versions.
