Indesign v 2021 is not working

Hello, 

I uninstalled creative cloud and install InDesign v 2021 and when I opened, it doesn't work, home page with menus and all tools is inactive. Help please

Sorry to hear about this. Would it be possible for you to share the version of OS & InDesign? Have you tried resetting preferences of the app(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/kb/indesign-preferences-support-file-locations.html#DeleteInDesi...)?
