Indesign v17.0 cannot open Idml

I made idml file from Indesign v17.0 and It cannot be opened itselves.

Is there anyone have same problem here? (It was only 20mb)

I remove and reinstalled indesign, and It was same.

and also I cannot open either another version of indesign( v16.0.1)

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. In addition to the suggestion shared by @Eugene Tyson, I would suggest you uninstall the app using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstall InDesign v17.0.1 from the Creative Cloud Desktop app. I hope it helps.
