Indesign web publication do not allow me to turn page from the button on the screen with Windows

Hi there, 

Does anyone know why my InDesign interactive web publication does not work completely with Windows computers. So the problem is that when I open my publication with other than macbook, the pages does not turn from the small arrow button on the screen. With the keyboard you are able to turn the page but not with the mouse. Attached the screenshot of the button on the screen which doesn't work. Also if you press the "toggle thumbnails", you are able to select the page with mouse and all the pages works correctly. So how on earth I can fix this so the publication works completely also with other than macbooks? Thank you!

I assume you're referring to Publish Online and unless you supply a link there's no way for any of us to do anything but guess.
