Indesign window handle bar sticking when moving

The Indesign window handle sticks and I have to mouse click right at the centre to get it to move. I is especially bad when window is at bottom of screen. On Imac 2017 Monterey 12.3

Could you please share the screenshot of your IMac specification for system details? Are you using any external monitor? If yes, please share the brand and model number.
