InDesign won't start. I have to deinstall and reinstall it every time.

Hello,

for some reason InDesign 18.5 won't start on my MacBook Pro M1 Ventura 13.1. I have to deinstall and reinstall it every time. When I deinstall it, I'm being asked if I want to reset all presets etc. which I decline. I don't want to lose my presets, especially the export, document and layout settings. Is there an easy way to save and reimport them, if I have to get rid of them to solve the problem?

Thanks!
