Indesign wont launch

I've deleted preferences but still my indesignn wont launch. Please can someone assist.

Seems my indesign will only launch with the power cable plugged in. Assuming that's normal.

Same here - must be something to do with your laptop power settings for when plugged in and not plugged in.

I agree with Eugene--there is something else going on with your computer (presumedly a laptop😁). InDesign doesn't care if the laptop is plugged in or not. Your solution may work but I would be concerned with the long-term health of your computer.

You didn't mention if you are using a Mac or Windows computer. Try turning off the power saving mode when running on battery.
