How to delete a project ?

Are you unable to just delete it from where it is saved? Eventually it will disappear from the Open Recent list as other files are opened.

InDewsign files are only its projects. Delete it as you would delete any other file.
If you want to disappear it from the home screen? Go to the preferences and change the number of rmembered files.
