Index entry not generated in InDesign if we have marginal box in word file

Application used

Word --- O 365

InDesign version -- 2021

I have a issue in Index entry while flowing the word doc into InDesign file.
I have a word doc with 2 paragraphs with Index entry in each pargraph. While flowing this word doc there is no issue in InDesign all the 2 Index entry appear correctly.

In word file I have the marginal

text box in that cases out of 2 Index entry only 1 Index entry shown in InDesign. First paragraph Index entry not show in InDesign document.

I attached word document which has Index entry no marginal note: Test file.doc

I attached word document which has Index entry and  marginal note: Test file_marginal note.doc

I also attached 2 screen shot withich 2 index appear correctly, and another screen shot which first index entry not shown in InDesign file if we have marginal text box in word file.
